potimeb dials

Hello, I'm having a problem on my server where you cannot get into any of the phase 1 trials through the dials from potimea.

You click a dial and it goes up and down without actually teleporting you to the trial. This is happening to both time flagged accounts and GM account.

Any suggestions?
