others cannot log into my public server

My server is named SoD Server:New server and new gm with no experience. It shows up on the server list and I can access it and my wife can access it (were both on the same LAN) but my brother in law on the east coast cannot access it and he keeps getting booted to the login screen. he can log into other servers on the public list.

Is it possible someone can attempt to log in and see if it works for them? The server is nothing special and really just does up to GoD content but with help i hope to get OOW going somehow. Ultimately I will be taking this server private as im moving to a place with no internet access. Any help would be much appriciated.
