aaaaaahhhh!!!! laggy why?

ok i may be a dumd A?? but i got the emu to work and can get in but its like SSSSOOOOOO Laggy i cant move hardly and i have some nice comp gear so what fixes do i need to make
please help oh wise emu gods

your computer isnt good enough.

plane and simple.

takes a CRAPLOAD to run the client and the server on the same box.

It don't take that much to run a emu server, my computer is 4 years old and I ran it just fine, not much lag at all

Running the server and the emulator on the same computer does not work well because they created EQ to control all of your resources so you cannot do anything in the background (Thats why EQW is really only useful on the test server for multiple accts), for some reason they do not make the test server exe gobble up your resources.
