Ok in winmysqladmin open that up and it should pop up for a second and go to your running programs bar (whats that called lol) (and you should have winmysqladmin running anyway so if you do skip that step and right click it and do show me) then go to the databases tab and right click inside their and do create database. Name it eq. Now right click it and do hide me. Then drag db.sql to your mysql bin folder and open mysql.exe. Type in use eq. Then type in source db.sql. And thats your items database! To get out of it (once its done sourcing which make take a while) type exit. Hope that helps!

Read your error messages, and fix them. Go get the 3.9 DB Addon from the files section on the main page.

Actually get the 3.6 addon, install it, then get the 3.9 addon and install it. that will get you spawns and items
