Default Problem with zone instancing

I have encountered a bit of a weird problem while using the zone instancing plugin. A couple of months ago I created the Anniversary Raid: Steel Behemoths and everything was working fine. Not long after this I created a second more difficult raid following the same basic outline as the Steel Behemoths raid. Separately both raids work flawlessly but when done one right after the other I encountered a problem with npc’s from the first raid bleeding into the second raid. The bleeding effect occurs no matter which order the raids are completed in but only happens when the raids are completed in rapid succession and only when both instances are up at once.

In order to get this to work at all I had to do two things. The first one was to create the zone table data for Tinmizer's Wunderwerks (dragonscalea) manually since I do not have a packet collect of the zone. The second thing I did was to modify the plugin so that dragonscalea was an option for instancing.

If anyone has a collect of dragonscalea would you be willing to share it? I have tried several times to get a packet collect of this zone but something always seems to go wrong which prevents me from packet collecting the zone. Could this bleeding npc effect be caused by adding "dragonscalea" => 450, to the plugin in the appropriate spot? Any other thoughts or suggestions on the subject?

Posting 21 scripts and a bunch of spawn data would create a hard to read mess so if someone is willing to assist with troubleshooting this problem I will compress all the scripts and spawn data into a rar file and post a download link.
