Default PacketCollector v0.7.3h

Updated decrypt functions and key memory location to live.
This is just a quick maintaince release, havent updated any structs yet.

Is there somewhere we can find documentation over this program and who created it? and possibly the source code?

Install winpcap: http://winpcap.polito.it/install/default.htm
Run "PacketCollector -?" for description of commands.
