Question Is lvl 95 possible?

I have a private server up and running but it seems like when I inspect an item that is over lvl 70 the effect or focus field always says "Unknown Effect".

Is there a way to fix these?

I've tried copying over the spells_us and dbstr file from a fully updated Live version of EQ.

Running out of ideas

On a side note I was able to get the graphics working for the high level items. If anyone needs that info let me know.

I think the unknown effect problem is a mismatch between the spell file and the spells_new table of the database. If you sync them the problem should go away. There is a spell file IO program that makes that task easier. Try this
Code:

There is already a post on how to alter the graphics so that newer items show up correctly.

It is possible to attain level 95 by exp and by quest. Getting to level 95 by way of exp gain requires a source code change. There is probably more than one way to make the source code change but the following will get you started.

I would say more likely he is using titanium as level 70ish is when spells start to overflow the 9999 limit, could be either though.
