Guild Hall question /issue

I zoned into the guild hall the normal way today with a gm toon and two other toons. It said guild instance (31) will expire in x amount of time...The gm character could not talk to the npcs but the other two toons could ... so I took one of the other toons to the portal master guy and bought a goruk mesa stone and gave it to him ... it said the portal had been aligned to mesa so i stepped into it. A window poped up and asked if I wanted to teleport and i clicked yes .... nothing happend on any of the toons. What could be the issue?
