Strange crash on fresh installing when logging in

I'm getting a error message from ./eqlauncher zone when trying to log in a new character to a fresh install.

It's a ubuntu 14.04, checked out EQEmu/Server from Github master branch yesterday, sourced the PEQ Database files from September and sourced SQL files from 2014-07-10 and forward. Below is the error command:

*** Error in `./zone': double free or corruption (out): 0x00007f63d4000ad0 ***

More specific I'm using the commit bb702335e8407ca3a63392c05ee3b9b2b4424dfc with peqbeta_2014-08-11-02:01.tar.gz from the 3 sept.

Was able to log in to a world without NPCs/Spells with a tagged Github commit but it missed a few sql files that the logs complained about.

Have I missed a step, seems like the guides are skipping the need to source the eqemulator sql files and on the front page it says that you should watch out when using the latest commits. Are there any recommended versions/commits/sqls to use to get a server up and running? Anyone run into the same error as me?

Pull from master again, there was a bug that was fixed.
