Lost

Okay - I have checked and re-read the instructions. I have my server up and running. I am able to connect through EoC and make changes. But what file do I edit in order to make changes to exp rates, etc?? From what I have read, there is one file (server ruletypes?) where this can all be edited manually...I'm just clueless on where it's found.

Again...I can find countless instructions on how to change the things I want to change. I just have no idea what or where the file is.
