New Server - Question about Expansions

I recently started a server, but I was wondering how to change a few thins. I am very new to this, but wanted to make a kunark server to play with a few friends.

1. Edit the server to Kunark Expansion
2. Lock the server initially to only allow a few people to play.
3. Which databases I need to be editing for common areas.

I have downloaded the initial starter PEQ pack and was able to edit the name and launch the server. I apologize if this is the wrong area to post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
