Bot Pet Question

In an attempt to make every aspect of my server reasonable I have noticed one problem. I cant get my bots pets to not taunt the mobs. Also, they seem to do so much damage that they generate 3 times the hate of the tank. Ive looked all thru the database and could not find anything that looked promising. Did I miss something?
