Running multiple accounts at same time (boxing)

Is it permissible to run multiple characters at the same time on the:

PEQ] The Grand Creation | Dragons of Norrath

I am doing this; but over the weekend no servers were listed on my SERVER SELECT window.

All is OK now. Was the servers down or did I have a temporary ban as a warning?
