I have seen people offering this all over the place, and most of them are not reliable, stable, or both. Now I need this to be from a professional company, or at least, someone who knows what they are doing and are guaranteed to be up 24x7x365 with at least a 99.5% uptime record.

Shell Account with the mininum requirements:
1. Linux or FreeBSD.
2. Intel or AMD Server.
3. MySQL Database.
4. 50 MB storage.
5. SSH, FTP, WWW.
6. Unlimited bandwidth.
7. Allowed background processes.
8. Must be accessible quickly.

What I said on 8 would be that they must be connected through a fast backbone, T1 and connections of the such. On my seach, I did see some hosts connected at 56K! Now we all know how slow that is, and they shouldn't be running a host on 56K, though I did years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Please, try to help with free hosts only though, or even paid services that do have a free based section (no trials, or demos please.) Thanks!
