Hi. I'm new to the private server game. Long story short, I was on server version 23.10.3dev when I first started my server on ubuntu server. Things seemed fine. I was able to enable bots, edit various aspects of the server like merchant inventories, etc.

Then due to an unrecoverable issue, I had to fully wipe everything and rebuild the server from scratch with a brand new download. Got it all configured back the way I wanted, and then I was unable to load the world server, and kept running into this error. I don't know if it changes anything, but I noticed I'm not on 23.10.3dev anymore, but the full stable 23.10.3.

I understand the words on the screen, but I don't know how to resolve the issue. Please help.
