I Downloaded 4.1 i just need to unzip it to something... PLEASE HELP

They should make an Error 1017 forum thing so you can post All the help for it there and not everywhere... And then if some no0bee comes and gets error 1017, they go on the Forum thing and look all around it and find there answer so you dont have to ask the same question over and over and over and over again, so all the tech people dont have to get mad and seem Mean... Not like any of you seem mean, you all are pretty nice from what ive seen,which is Cool!
