1st off, notice this guys joined date was yesterday. I doubt he even looked at the forums for information before trying to D.O.S me with IM's.

Ok, here goes.

[RANT]
Listen you prick, I was about the go out to Valentines dinner with my fiance, and my primary concern was not to help you with your problem because you couldnt follow the instructions off the website..

And another thing, it is not my 'job' to help out people with their installation issues, in fact. nothing here is my JOB, my job pays my mortage, for my cars, not to help out some whiney ass who decided that it was MY responsibilty to help him.. I volunteer time to the development of the project, the title next to my name does not say 'TECHNICAL SUPPORT' .

Listen to this guys, this dude gets a fully patched everquest zip from his friend, and logs onto the eqemu servers. He then patches to live, and starts screaming bloody murder that he cant get back into eqemu. I told him 5 seperate times he needed to replace his eqhost.txt (I forgot eqfix though) , all the while getting dressed and ready for Vday dinner. I lock my computer, come back, and theres like 10 messages on my AIM from him whining about not knowing what to do....

I TOLD you what you needed to do, I didnt even have to do that.
I told you to look on the forums. In the future, I'll just put you on ignore...

Casey put a really good spiell on lurking etiquette in the showeq board
, here, read this..

Heres a big tip for you:
No one owes you ANYTHING. IF you had wanted help so badly, you should have gone to mirc and asked for help, but with a shithead attitude like that, I doubt anyone else would have done anything. I put my AIM id up there so people could communicate with me that had REAL questions/problems, not people who have come onto the forums for all of 1 sec, fail to read ANY instructions or directions, and then expect me to bypass spending Valentines day with my future wife to hold their hands.

Who the hell do you think you are anyways??? LOL[/url]

The saddest part about it is I actually tried to help him... That boy is going to be in a world of surprise when he grows up and figures out that the world isnt going to cater to him...lol..

I hope he gives up trying to bother you and isn't the "idiot" described in your sig.
