Zone not availible

I create my character etc on the server but when i try to connect to a zone it sayas zone not avalible and in the terminal it says : No zoneserver to bootup 'akanon' for Player

are you using boot5zones.win9x.bat ?
when i load up i open in the following order:

minilogin
world.exe
boot5zones.win9x.bat

Ok i got the zone running but there are no npc's and when i go to the zone point it doesn't zone to the new zone

that's normal, use #spawn to spawn things, it will give you instruction on the format and to zone into another zone type, for example, #zone freportw
it has to be the internal zone name that comes up like when you do a /w all on someone and it says something like commons, or nro, or sro, oasis, etc, you can't put in things such as, west freeport, it won't recognize it

I've tried to set an account as serverop to do this but i think because of the minilogin server i'm using its not recongnizing me as a GM. Is there any way to fix this or is it something else
