Default need some help

ok having a hard time connecting to a server, it keeps saying it cant connect and says i need to run the patcher again. whats wrong?

Are you using eqemu login servers? If so you can't add your self in the accounts in the database, you have to let the server do it self.

If your using minilogin, I don't know then.

Try download the EQEmu Patcher at http://www.eqemu.net/?patcher and run the patcher (make sure you check "Run EQ") and then try. If still 1017 then try EQEmu Server 0.4.1 or 0.4.2.

i did that and everytime i go to run the patcher my PC locks up and i have to restart it

To see, right click on My Computer and click Properties. Look under where it saids "Computer:" and you will see you how much of you memory you have (Make sure it saids RAM at the end).

You don't have enough memory to play EQ. You need 512 MB of RAM or more (or 256 MB of RAM if you have all the models off) to play everquest. I like custom build computers better.

The tutorial is alike to everquest but the tutorial is another story.
