Evertorn Legit Server

A basic outline of the lore for the server is that it takes place shortly after the defeat of the gods of the planes of power; the world as everyone knows it in EQlive is no more, and the only city left standing is Freeport. All player race/class combinations will begin here and level up from 1. The server is completely custom; all new items, NPC encounters, spells, and quests.

Over the next few days the Evertorn Legit server will be going into Open Testing to work out the kinks in the database, and so folks can help balance things as much as possible before the server goes live.

What we're looking for at this time to add to the Dev. Team is a coder to custom code certain aspects of the world, such as starting points, and a few other things.

We're also looking to add one or two folks to the content team to speed up content development a bit. If you're interested in creating lore for the server, we'll also consider adding one person to the team to do that.

As well, we'd like to add someone with spell creation experience.

I am working on a server like this already. I have everyone start in surfal glade. If you have any questions about populating a zone or small modifcations to the code I can help.

Server is now up for testing. We also have a basic website up that will detail each patch and what is done, as well as give a basic outline of the working list of rules(more will be added during beta).

We'll also be working on adding "books" for tradeskills, so folks have a point of refference to find out recipes.
