Please help with my server... i cant UNLOCK it

Everytime i try to make my account flagged so i can go unlock my server it says that the account does not exist well yes it does lol can somebody help me ive tried both of my accounts so its not the account can anybody help me plz?

what dose your boot5zones say or did you set them up?
this is what is should say
replace yourip with your ip
replace worldIP with the computer that host world.exe
yourip 7995 worldip
yourip 7996 worldip
yourip 7997 worldip
yourip 7998 worldip
yourip 7999 worldip

if you host a server on your computer so just you can play change all the IPs to localhost or 127.0.0.1
