Strange Patcher Error 70

Ok I run windows 98 SE and got the needed file to run the patcher...and furthermore, it DID work last week with no problems. Up until tonight when I tried it that is. I patched EQ and then went to patch Emu and got Error 70 Permission Denied and it wouldnt even open =\ I play on test server normally...and had patched it earlier today. but 1: I would think norm EQ patch would overwrite and problems with that and Emu and 2: it never caused problems before. Any suggestions welcomed (and YES i have patcher in eqdirectory lol) thank you for your attnetion!

Yes, I ran into this one too. Here's what I did. I hit cntrl+alt+del to bring up the list. I saw that it was still active. I ended the task and everything was working again. Try it out see if it works
