Default SKills?

Are the skills bugged some how? It seems that when you zone you loose the ability to dual weild or backstab on a rogue. Anyways to fix this?

Default similar problems with monk

Same thing, I had a level 5 monk and trained round kick and safe fall, after zoning the skills are reset to 0. Then going back to the trainer it will no longer open up the training window. I've set my values manually in the database and am going to check if that fixes the problem.

Same thing with the skill meditate.

With Mage and Druid, once your level is high enough to train the skill Meditate, you spend points on the skill and it's added to your skill list but the skill is never used by the game, even before you zone. After you zone the skill is back to 0. But I can access the trainer window at any time.

I've tried doing it in Admin Tool and set the value manually but it does not help.

If anyone finds a fix for this, please let us know.
