Need help pls (no drop item, zone point and spawn)

I have few question:

1. I created an item (Strands of Power) and NO DROP box is clicked, some how that item isnt no drop after i summoned it, Im using EQAdmin Tools. How can I set it as no drop item? I set it as no drop too through ItemEditor. Pls advice.

2. I updated table zone.safe_x, _y and _z of BoT, when i #zone bothunder from nexus, system bring me to the correction loc. Then if i type #zone bothunder again, system being me to the original zone point. Then, if i type #zone abc, system will bring me up high in the sky and return me to bind point (dead). How can i set the *true* safe point?

3. How can i activate PoK book?

4. When you zone to DSP from NL, u will be at underground, I have no clue how to set it to the correct loc, since there are 4 adj zone at DSP.

5. I created an earth giant at BoT (race 306), and then #npcspawn create, add.. etc. After I restart server and go back to BoT, no giant but a race 60 npc spawn. I checked DB, it is race 306 not 60. What's wrong?? I can set spawn Solusek Ro at solrotower correctly and without any problems.
