Default ./eqtime and CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION problem

This is the message I am getting from running the World.exe file when I am trying to set up my own server..

1st problem appears to be the "CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION"
2nd Problem is the "./eqtime.cfg"

no clue what either of those mean =P Any help would be appreciated........

Don't worry about em, I get the same errors, and my server runs fine. I am not sure what they mean either.
