entering world problem

Every thing starts up smooth


But when i make a char and try to enter world it acts like its loading then it crashes to desktop


any ideas?



system is

amd athlon xp 1700+

gforce 4 64mb ram

128ddr


all the programs are the newest

Fist Un-install the EqEmu patcher program then run everquest to patch to the latest, after that re-install the patcher to your Everquest Directory and patch for EqEmu. After all o fthat just start up EqEmu login select your server ( The one you most play on) Use a old Character or make a new one hit enter world and it should take about 10-20 seconds for black loading screen to go away and come up with the one that says everquest on it and that should work. ( It Worked For Me )

That worked for me but if you read it and it didnt work i dont know but if you havent tryed that please do so

heh i patched it last night and i reinstaled EQemu patcher today

also i get the everquest screen after i hit enter world then i go to desktop

not sure what i did


but it works
