Default Incorrect Version at log in

finally got everything to LOOK like its working while trying to create my own server.
But when i start EQW i can get to the log in screen, but it always says "Incorrect Version" "Please run the patch program again"

Any ideas??

Minilogin works, world.exe works, and Zone NT works fine.

Sounds to me like you have patched the live game after todays Verant patch.
I did .. and it was stuffed for me too ......
So I went back to a backup copy of the game files as of yesterday
