Run time error '70' Access Denied

I get that error when I run eqemu. Right when i click on the icon it says that and backs out... It was working spiffy before that.. ANy ideas?

It say Permission Denied.. My mistake

Guess it doesn't matter anymore. Patcher is down indefinitely. That means no ETA.
