Banned from MiRC

Ok, here's how it was. Awhile back me and Justaddwater had some words that were "BAD" on both parts and not just me ok? Anyways I was banned from MiRC that server, and I accepted that. But what I cannot accept is that he said things just as bad as I did and what does he get? Nothing. Ok I accepted that also, but what I do not accept is me writing a 3 page essay to the devs explaining everything and apologizing to Justaddwater, but I am still banned. This is not no hate column so please do not post unwanted post's here, but if the devs can read, would you please see that I am sorry and would like my account on your MiRC server to be reimbursed and restored. Thanks
