I'm looking to help

While I'm working on my 0.5.0 server, I would like to help you guys with the to-do list.

I see the list, but I have no idea where to start, or what tools to use to get the job done. I'm a computer programmer, but I work in RPG on an AS400. I know my way around computers and can learn fast.
