Should I update to EQLive?

Right now I can play in 5.0DR2 servers, however they all seem down now so is it safe to update to the lastest patch from EQLive or should I wait?

Yes, you can update right now - September 17, 2003. The version you download from SOE right now is expected to work with DR3 when it is released.
