Default Hopefully i'm making a new server

Me and my brothers are most likely putting up an EQ Emu Server. It's go to be roleplay. It's legit in the fact your not going to log on and type #level, #summonitem, #spell. But it's not let me log on and play normal EQ. It's kinda like Dnd (nerd-on), i'll make up one time only quests that "adventurers" will complete. You'll gain up to 10 levels max. You'll begin hand in letter, ding level 5 full suite of cusom newb armor with newb weapon. And then they'll be some cool quests do one +3 levels (being neogiated +/-) and a unique item.
I got some friends i'm forcing to play (grin, not really) anyone else think they might consider it or join if and when the server is made? Well i hope to atleast see one new face. If we have a date for server up i'll post it here

Default more

More than 10levels max. Otherwise its un-stable. If youronly getting +30hp per level, your still too weak to kill bosses and stuff, if your getting +300hp per level, you'll be over powering things you xp, which is also very straining on players trying to get higher.

So make max level like 15, 20, 25 or even 30.

And if everyone gets the same kind of armor on that specific class, its kinda boring without a variety.

Dragons. Lots of Dragons.

Sounds like a good idea to me, but yes, need more variety, it looks like your server is more/less pow pow done. I play EverQuest for the variety factor.

I tell ya, Slayden, take off that girl shaking her ass picture, it's wastes my time sitting there staring....

Ok, i think we're having a little misunderstanding on this part. On big quests the most i plan on awarding for exp is 10 levels (along with (an) item(s). That doesn't mean your character cannot advance past level 10. I hope that is clear. And don't worry to much about exping all the time, exp is more quest based and involved and of course they'll be non-exp based fun like arena duels, G.M. events. and much more

I know that the beginner's armor wouldn't vary too much, but i think you should look belong the newbie armor. Look at normal everquest when you first began everyone had on the same tunic and weapons and candle, but as you advanced everyone differed for the most part. This server will be similiar yet better. Think about it one time only quests with one time only reward, custom items. And it's not going to have dominating items either.

Also, in reguards to the armor i might make the helm one that varies from race and maybe have metal pieces dyble. For now just don't think to much about beginning gear.
