Boot5zones.bat problems

Is boot5zones.bat supose to be running? because when i run it it goes through all the stuff says done then starts to close. If it's supose to stay running how do I keep it open?

I run on a win2k adv server thingy or whatever and I have a locked server also I dunno what a standalone server is but I wanna run a "normal" server that anyone who connects to EQEmu the normal way...
