There seems to be a bug with NPCs equipping items, if they have both a weapon and a shield (or two weapons to dual-wield) they will randomly equip one of the items, never both. This didn't happen...

I still get this problem when using a completely up-to-date DB (I dropped the old one then sourced in the new db.sql that came with 4.3).
The error message doesn't seem to be DB-related.

I'll release a new 4.3 compatible beta version of my DB addon as soon as I can get 4.3 to work on my system.
This will be the last "beta" version, the basic stuff is nearly complete now.
