The only problem i see in your config (i'm not familiar with dark rogue installer)
Is the adress !

Your adress isn't your localadress
But IP adress of your internet connection.
You can find it with this site :
http://whatismyip.com/
Example:
if your ip is 213.123.25.104 you must change line :

<!-- <localaddress>192.168.0.5</localaddress> -->
Becarefull if you dont have any FIX ip (ip changing some time)
You must use this kind of service :
http://www.dyndns.com/
For have a "fake" real ip with a site name.
Example:
if you choose "mysite.ath.cx" for name, you must change line :
<!-- <address>mysite.ath.cx</address> -->
<!-- <localaddress>192.168.0.5</localaddress> -->
