finally got it
Ok, I fixed it. All i had to do was go into the mysql console and type:
CREATE IN account SET name='eqemu', password='eqemu', status='200';
Somehow this fixed it. My guess is that creation of accounts using "world adduser eqemu eqemu 200" is bugged, and I have heard people say that here on the forums. I also got the minilogin fix posted on the topic "I fixed minilogin!!!".
What i'm trying to say is, i think all that is needed to fix the 1017 error is the minilogin fix and to type in the above phrase in mysql.exe.
Sorry if I sounded rude before about it being buggy, I was a bit a tired, hungry, and frustrated, resulting in me coming off in a bad way, which I by no means meant to.
