I dont know if it matters, but I had run across issues using a non-standar IP for some of the entries (IE: localhost). Try using the IP of the server instead of "localhost". I think this is even more important in the boot5zones.bat file. I'm not sure if the worldserver relays the address exactly as you have it in the INI. If this was the case, you would log in, the worldserver would say "localhost is the address for login" and your computer would say "Duh, you stupid worldserver, I have no login server running". Sorry for the dumbed down version, but I didnt feel like putting it any other way. Tell me how that works.
