lol spoke too soon

ok now the world.exe is working fine. now the zone9x isnt working this is what the window says.

using database 'eq' at localhost
loading items & npcs...done
spells loaded from 'spdat.eff'.
loading guild ranks...done
loading faction data...done
worldserver connect: connecting to world server failed. error: 10061
initworldserver failed
entering sleep mode

heh and i thought i had it working:(
