Default Turning off fleeing mobs

I currently run a 0.7.0 server and am having some problems with fleeing mobs in dungeon areas. My questions are: Is there a way to turn off fleeing mobs (make it so that no mob ever runs during combat) and if so how would I do it?

All info is greatly appreciated.

I believe I found the stuff I need features.h, however, it does not change anything in-game. I would have to recompile it for it to take effect, correct? If so, where would I get a compiler to do this?

Thank you

Information on a compiler is available on the wiki.

You probally can pick up a compiler at your nearest computer store. Or use google and might find a trial version to use.
