Default Bind Wound Bug

On a fresh compile and build of the emu/db bind wound does not seem to be working properly.

I am recieving "you cannot bind wounds past 50%" messages when my hp is well below 50%.

I am getting this message around 30% health it seems and leaves bind wound pretty broken.

which client you using?
this may be related to wrong hp shown by SoF+ client compared to Titanium, which usually shows that you have smaller % of total hps

If you are using SoD or someting newer you want the Character:SoDClientUseSoDHPManaEnd rule set to true.

If you still have issues after changing that, use #showstats to see what the server thinks your HP are. That is the value used in the calculation and it doesn't matter what the client is showing you.
